As our products are carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch, we follow a limited return policy.

Returns Accepted Only If:

• Product is damaged during transit

• Incorrect product is delivered

Conditions for Return

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Unaltered Unboxing video is compulsory

• Product should be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging intact

• Shipping of returnable product should be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery

Return Process

• Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

• Returned products will be inspected before approval of refund/replacement.

Returns Not Accepted For:

• Customized or stitched products

• Sale or discounted items

• Color or texture variations due to screen differences
