Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping will be introduced soon 

Shipping Partners 

We ship our products through reliable courier partners including Professional, ST, India Post, Blue Dart or DTDC. 

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days

  • Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or will be communicated through DMs for orders via Instagram/WhatsApp 

  • Any special offers on shipping will be mentioned clearly on the website or Instagram page

Order Tracking 

  • Tracking details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp within 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch. 

  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link. 

Delays

Zerafabs is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, holidays, regional restrictions, but we will assist you in tracking your order. Such delays shall not qualify for cancellation/refund of the orders.

Return to origin

If products are returned to origin due to incorrect address, or not being able to reach the customer, the customer will be required to pay the reshipping charges.
